This teeth whitening system has a little more steps than your average drug store teeth whitening system but it’s still pretty simple to use. All you have to do is make the impressions which I kind of admit was the hardest part for me because I wanted to make sure it was perfect. Even after I made them, I was still a little worried if they came out right or good enough so that Smile Brilliant could make an accurate impression. Surprisingly they did and I received my impressions in about a week. Once I received my impressions, I got straight to work on brightening my smile.
For really stained teeth you can see results in 7-14 days but since mine were not too stained, I saw results in about 7-8 days. I used Smile Brilliant every night while reading or even just watching tv, before bed. You can use it any time of the day you want but it is suggested to use it before bed so your teeth can rehydrate while you sleep. At first it was hard for me to tell if it was actually working because like I mentioned before, my teeth were not too stained, but when I compared my before and after pictures I could definitely see a difference.
