Who am i?
Hi everyone and thank you for stopping by! My name is Kristie Hazell and I started HazeofSimplicity back in 2016 as a creative outlet. As a young girl growing up in New York, I fell in love with fashion. I loved going shopping, mixing and matching different prints, patterns, and colors as I watched the outcome of my creations unfold right before my eyes. It was always so much fun to me and as I grew older, so did this passion. Coming from a family of dressmakers, I am honestly not surprised by my love for fashion. I always get questions about where I get my clothing from and how to style certain pieces so with the push from many I finally gave in and decided to start this blog.
I took a break from blogging for a few years as I tried to navigate life the best way I could but with every season in my life, I always thought about this platform and how I could better use it to not only share my style but to help others on their journey through life. I have always been a big advocate for keeping it real and being transparent because it has the potential to change lives. Though we may think we are all so different, we are all very similar, going through life with similar struggles, thoughts and questions hoping that there is someone out there who has or is going through the same thing. With all that said, I have decided to use my platform to be just that, REAL and TRANSPARENT, with the hopes that anyone who comes across HazeofSimplicity will leave feeling inspired, confident, and most importantly not alone.
HazeofSimplicity was born out of the way I live my life, and that is SIMPLE. I do what works best for me. So as you follow me on my blogging journey, I will share with you my personal style, beauty tips, product reviews and lifestyle. As ideas flow, I will share them.
